THE SECRET IS OUT! I can finally let you all know that I have officially signed a new book deal with acclaimed UK publishing Hodder & Stoughton!ย The book is my 5th book (how crazy is that) and will hit shelves this autumn and I can’t wait for you all to see it! I am so thrilled to be joining the family at Hodder with a book which I am incredibly proud of – it comes from the heart and not only gives me an opportunity to show readers an exciting new side to my cooking but also focuses on achievable, inspirational and most importantly incredibly delicious and exciting recipes!

My other very exciting news is that I have my bags packed and I am heading off to New York City to appear on The Today Show on NBC on St Patrick’s Day! I was delighted to be asked over by the folks at The Today Show again. I appeared on the show a couple of years back and it was so much fun! I’ll be vlogging the whole time so make sure you keep an eye on my youtube channel to see all the behind scene footage! I can’t wait to get back in The Today Show studio to cook up a very special special Paddy’s Day dish that truly celebrates all things Irish. If you’re in the states, make sure to tune in on March 17th! Woohooooo!
