Main Course for KHODP: Thai Beef and Mango Salad!

If you missed it yesterday, check the full menu for the Kitchen Hero Online Dinner Party over here.  Today I'm posting the main course recipe which is for Thai Beef and Mango Salad.  It's one of my favourite recipes from the book, it sounds complicated with the amount of ingredients but really it's just a case of assembling the salad ingredients, making a dressing and frying the steaks.

Kitchen Hero Online Dinner Party!

Last year I ran what I dubbed a twitter dinner party or twinnerparty for short.  The idea basically was that I would post a recipe for a starter, main course and dessert, complete with a shopping list and then anyone who wanted to take part would cook along together on the same night and tweet the results!  It was a great success with over 60 people taking part last year, talking about the food, the eating and most importantly the guests comments.  Think come dine with me via twitter! So I'm hoping to expand on things this year and include twitter and facebook in the proceedings.
