Kale is an incredible superfood packed with vitamins and minerals but all that aside it can be transformed into one of the healthiest and addictive little snacks- spicy kale chips! They are very easy to prepare and if you prefer them less spicy simply replace the spice mixture with a generous sprinkle of sea salt.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2. Wash the kale and then using a salad spinner or pat dry with kitchen paper. Make sure to dry the kale leaves thoroughly. Tear the leaves from the steams and then place the leaves on a large baking tray.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and spices and massage until the leaves are completely coated. Place the baking tray in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the kale leaves are crisp. Serve straight away!
