Not the most sophisticated of treats but it’s festive, fun and most importantly…delicious!
- In a saucepan heat the condensed milk, butter and white chocolate, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir through the green food colouring and peppermint extract.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and lined square baking tin approximately 20x20cm.
- Decorate with marshmallows and candy canes and leave to set in fridge.
- Slice and serve or package in cellophane gift bags, tie with ribbon and give as a gift!
