How many mars bars. How much butter and krispies – weight???

    • All the measurements are on the right hand side of the recipe! Happy baking!

Wow I just baked them and they were delicious, definitely try them again :-)

Awesome idea, thank you for sharing! My husband prefers these to traditional rice crispies treats now. We decided not to add the extra layer of chocolate on top. A note for anyone unsure about the size of chocolate bar to buy: my husband and I found out that 6 “standard size” Milky Way bars weigh 313.2g. We bought a bag of the little fun sized bars instead so that we’d have extras on hand the next time a craving hits. The best part is that you can just break the fun sized bars in half, and then they’re the perfect size for melting down!

Hey donal what size mars bars? Full size or multi pack size as they are much smaller?! Thanks, love the blog!

    • I didn’t know they were different sizes! I just had regular full sized mars bars. Don’t think they were from a multipack!

Donal, you’re such a prince! I’m in love with this recipe. Forgive me as I’m challenged with converting grams into American measurements. Is my math right, 2 sticks of butter, here? And how much cereal per say- like half a box or something close? Finally, the milk chocolate 2 cups or so? Thank you, your biggest fan.

    • I’m afraid I’m like you and wouldn’t be 100% sure but there are loads of conversion guides online which should be able to help! Hope you like the treats though! They are dangerously easy to make! :)
