**CLOSED** Oonagh Simms spent a few intensive years in Paris studying, tasting and making some of the most intricate French treats. Having qualified as a fully trained pâtissière & chocolatier from école médéric, Oonagh returned to London and noticing a gap on the market became ‘The Marshmallowist.’ She now creates decadent marshmallows in a range of luxury flavours with a signature London edge. Her treats are available in her online shop and in lots of upmarket London establishments like Harvey Nichols and Selfridges.

What I love most about Oonagh’s treats is how creative they are. In a world of cupcakes, she creates unique flavours and combinations which have led to her popularity! With a collection of flavours like strawberry and basil, passionfruit and ginger and even blueberry and sipsmith gin, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re reading a cocktail menu, not a list of mallow flavours!
