If you’re lucky enough to live somewhere that gets sunshine, you’ll know there’s nothing better than an ice-pop on a hot day! Coming from Ireland, sunny days are rare but now that I’m in LA, I need a collection of frosty treats to keep me cool in the Californian sunshine and that’s where The Lolly Book comes in! *CLOSED*

This is a brilliant little book by Karis and Dominic Gesua. It’s full of healthy, fun recipes with no artificial sweeteners, added flavourings, concentrates or purees – just real fruity goodness. Karis and Dominic set up LICKALIX which offers frozen treats for everyday and special occasions. They’ve kindly shared some of their recipes from the new book and have given me a copy to give away to one of you!
