This is barely even a recipe really but one of the quickest little super supper snacks (try saying that 5 times!) you will ever come across! In essence it’s a toasted cheese sambo, pimped to the max! :)

  • Hey Donal! Try this from Cali (el verdadero). My kids eat this almost everyday:

    Use Jack cheese, use the salsa to dip (plus can use guacamole and sour cream), and cook in a dry pan till a bit brown.

    Well done!

    I´M MEXICAN CHEFF ANOTHER QUESADILLA RECIPE,EASY TO MAKE.
    CHICKEN SLICES WITH GOUDA CHESSE, BACON ,SWISS CHEESE,SLICES OF ONION.MIX AND FRIED ALL TOGHETER.
    APART,MAKE A SALSA WITH RED TOMATE ,GARLIC,ONION RED PEPPER AND ADD TO THEW CHICKEN AND BACON AND CHESSE,FRIED OVER 30 SECONDS AND PUT THE FLUOR TORTILLAS ON TOP AND BOTTOM. (REPEAT THE SAME STEP YOU MADE IN YOUR VIDEO)
    STRAIGHT TO THE PLATE. IF YOU EAT CHILE PUT SOME BESIDES THE PLATE. JOPE YOU LIKE IT.
